We take care to ensure your items are received promptly and in good condition and we aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days and can ship internationally.
Within the UK all items are shipped First Class by Royal Mail and all international orders are shipped First Class Airmail. Postage costs are dependent on weight.
Free shipping for UK orders over £100.
UK delivery is usually 1-2 working days from dispatch. European delivery is usually 3-5 working days from dispatch. International delivery usually takes 5-10 working days from dispatch.
If an item is required urgently or you would like your order insured or tracked please contact us before paying (firstname.lastname@example.org). An extra cost for this may be involved.
We also advise our overseas customers that orders shipped internationally are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis and dependant on your delivery country may be subject to an import tax. Mini McGhee does not have any control over this and all charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
All our items are lovingly gift-wrapped and gift cards carefully handwritten.
We hope you are happy with your purchases from us but if not, we will offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 28 days and in the original packaging.
Please contact us for more information. Mini McGhee are unable to reimburse gift cards, postage costs and for exchanges a re-delivery charge will apply. We do not take responsibility for any items lost in transit when returned/exchanged by our customers.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
